Pixel Presto (formerly Bellucci Designs) brings story and design concepts to life.
PIXEL PRESTO (formerly Bellucci Designs) is a St. Petersburg, Florida, creative studio fronted by Joël Bellucci. Joël is a visual effects artist, marine scientist and Web designer. He is a freelance 3D artist and video compositor whose work on Star Trek: Phase II contributed to the series’ Hugo Award nomination and its winning TV Guide’s 2008 Online Video Award for Best Science Fiction Series. He completed 200 visual effects shots in the episodes “To Serve All My Days” and “World Enough and Time.” He served as the visual effects supervisor and lead visual effects artist for “Blood and Fire, Part 1” and “Blood and Fire, Part 2.”
Joël Bellucci

Joël’s marine experiences range from photo ID studies of bottle-nosed dolphins to diving under the Antarctic ice sheet. He’s been a contributor to 3D Artist Magazine and numerous local newspapers and magazines. He’s also worked for three years in film trafficking at the Tampa International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. He currently spends every free moment he has finding new and cooler ways to blow up starships.
